Reeder update

Since the last update of Reeder, I have been missing the “feeds in
folder” view. I just recieved a swift reply to my email to the
developer where he explains that the functionlity was moved to another
UI element. Instead of pressing a folder name, you press the arrow on
the right hand side of the folder name. Pressing the folder name
produces an aggregated folder article view.
